Dosing

The flow rate is set using the handwheel and monitored via the flow meter. If the selected rate is not achieved at the maximum setting and the pressure switch shuts off the pump, the selected nozzle is too small.

If no spray pattern is achieved at low flow rates, use smaller nozzle inserts!

The vario flex is designed for biological (non-chemical) silage additives and can be operated with tanks ranging from 20-litre containers up to IBC containers.

How is the application rate adjusted?

The required flow rate can be adjusted continuously using the hand wheel and checked on the flow meter. Depending on the required application rate, different nozzles (brass, orange or green) are used.

How is the vario flex cleaned?

After each use, a cleaning cycle with clean water should be carried out. This prevents the formation of biofilms and keeps the unit reliably ready for operation. The cup filter can also be easily unscrewed and cleaned.

Is the vario flex easy to install?

Yes. The vario flex is designed for easy self-installation. The weather-resistant bracket can be flexibly mounted to the machine, and the system is quickly ready for use.
