Information for you as a consumer about your statutory right of withdrawal for distance selling contracts.

Right of withdrawal and withdrawal period

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Start of the period:

The 14-day period begins:

  • Single delivery: On the day on which you, or a third party named by you, takes possession of the goods.
  • On the day on which you take possession of the last item (in the case of multiple goods in one order delivered separately)
  • Partial deliveries: On the day on which you take possession of the last partial shipment or the final item (in the case of goods delivered in multiple parts).
  • Regular delivery: On the day on which you take possession of the first item (in the case of goods delivered regularly over a defined period of time).

How to exercise your right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

You may use the model withdrawal form attached below, but this is not mandatory. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the notification before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal (refunds & costs)

We will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days.

  • Refund method: We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incure any fees.
  • Return (parcel): You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. The deadline for returning the goods is 14 days.
  • Returns (Shipping Carrier): We will pick up items that cannot be shipped as packages. You are responsible for the direct costs, which are estimated at a maximum of 200 EUR (depending on weight and distance).
  • Diminished value: You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this is due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion and lapse of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply or expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the supply of:

  • Custom-made goods: Goods that are not prefabricated and are produced based on an individual choice or specification.
  • Perishable goods: Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
  • Sealed goods (hygiene): Goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed.
  • Mixed goods: Goods which, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature.
