Next Level Net Replacement Film

The next level bale wrap film is the modern alternative to round bale net wrap and ensures compact, dimensionally stable silage bales. Available in widths of 1280 mm and 1380 mm, each with a running length of 2000 m and a core diameter of 76 mm, it is suitable for all common round balers.

With a thickness of just 16 µ, the bale wrap film impresses with its high mechanical load capacity and excellent tear resistance. It enables denser bales with fewer air pockets and can therefore contribute to improved silage quality and reduced feed losses. At the same time, the stable outer surface provides better protection during storage and transport.

Another advantage is its easy handling: when opening the bales, the net and film do not need to be separated. This saves time during feeding, simplifies disposal and reduces the workload. Even in freezing temperatures, the bale wrap film can be easily opened with a bale cutter.

Important: The next level bale wrap film does not have UV stabilization and must therefore always be used in combination with a suitable stretch film.

The next level outer wrap film is ideally suited for grass or maize silage bales.
