Next Level Net Replacement Film

The outer wrap film ensures a stable round bale and reduced material consumption. With widths of 1280 mm or 1380 mm (each with a length of 2000 m, 76 mm core diameter), it is suitable for all common machines. The film impresses with its particularly thin yet extremely tear-resistant structure – making it not only highly economical in use, but also ideal for heavy crop material.
Thanks to its high mechanical strength, the outer wrap film is perfectly suited for frequent handling and moving of bales. Although the film is not UV-resistant and must therefore always be used in combination with stretch film, it stands out with its high pre-stretch strength, which contributes to improved silage quality.
Easy opening (e.g. with a bale cutter) and easy handling: net wrap and outer wrap film do not need to be separated. This reduces operating costs and waste disposal.
