The Clean Silent agricultural stretch film from DUO Plast AG is the ideal solution for anyone who wants to wrap bales efficiently, reliably and with minimal noise. Thanks to a modern blown film extrusion process, this 7-layer film is completely free of adhesives (PIB) and meets the highest standards, including certified food-grade quality. Instead of conventional adhesives, an innovative bonding technology ensures that the film unwinds almost silently from the roll. The loud “squeaking” noise during unwinding is a thing of the past, and annoying adhesive build-up on rollers is completely eliminated.

More performance, less consumption

The DUO Clean Silent Premium stretch film also impresses with its true performance. With guaranteed thickness and roll length, it ensures consistent and reliable wrapping quality – regardless of whether round or square bales are being wrapped.

But that’s not all: Clean Silent can be processed with up to 90% pre-stretch – without any loss of performance. This allows even more bales to be wrapped per roll, which not only reduces costs per bale but also saves material. Many of our customers even report that, with the same machine settings, they can wrap one to two more bales per roll than with conventional stretch film.

All components, from the cardboard packaging and core to the film itself, are 100% recyclable.

What should be considered when using adhesive-free bale wrap film for the first time?

When switching from adhesive-based film to DUO Clean Silent, the pre-stretch rollers and the cutting unit of the machine should be thoroughly cleaned once to remove any adhesive residues. After that, the film can simply be installed and used as usual. If adhesive-based film is used again later, cleaning must be repeated.
