“Calves under three weeks of age get cold more quickly than you might think. They already suffer from cold stress at temperatures from 15 °C, which inhibits growth and reduces performance. […] Calf blankets are a simple and effective way of protecting calves from the cold. They should be put on the newborn immediately after birth and only removed once the calf has “grown out of” it.” (Elite magazin online)
Protect your calves from hypothermia during their first days! The jbs calf blanket keeps them particularly warm thanks to a PU foam layer. It is made of waterproof (up to 5000 mm water column) and breathable 4-layer material and is particularly soft and durable. The good fit is ensured by the special cut and flexible size adjustment. It is machine washable at 30 °C.
Note: Calf blankets are not suitable for group housing.
