The trilen 150 UV18 is a 3-layer coex silage film with a thickness of 150 µm. It contains up to 60% recycled plastic and offers 18 months of UV stability. Thanks to its high dart drop value, it provides excellent puncture resistance and strong mechanical durability.

The trilen 150 UV18 is available in different widths from 6 m to 20 m and lengths of 50 m, 150 m, and 300 m. This allows flexible adaptation to different silo sizes.
The film should be laid loosely onto the compacted silage material so that it forms a gas-tight fermentation cover and adapts to the uneven surface of the silage. Rising CO₂ from fermentation will naturally press the film down. Stretching the film too tightly increases the risk of damage from trampling and can later lead to air channels forming. For optimal protection, silage protection nets and sandbags should always be used around the edges and as cross weights.
