The empty 50 m tube is cut to fit the silo width. It should end slightly above the ground / wall. The tube is closed at the ends with cable ties. Through openings every 2 m, filled silo bags are then placed into the tube, alternating between the right and left ends. The weight of the bags pulls the tube down onto the silage material. It fits tightly and seals the critical edge areas. At the top of the silo, the barrier is completed with additional silo bags placed tightly next to each other on the unfilled section of the barrier tube. To the right and left of the lower ends of the filled barrier tube, it is recommended to place an additional silo bag on each slope to ensure that the barrier remains closed even if the silo settles.
