Molecular-porous structure and large surface area

It is a molecular-porous natural product with a three-dimensional framework structure and a large biologically available surface area. The high surface adhesion and strong van der Waals forces result in very good adhesion of ammonium (NH4+). Ion exchange is stabilised and the biological processes in the biogas plant are improved.

It is finely ground and sedimentation-stable. The large available surface area serves as an ideal colonisation surface for microorganisms such as methanogenic bacteria.

Optimisation of biological activity in the digester

Zeolite ensures improved biological activity and viscosity in the digester.

The use of zeolite can be particularly interesting in biogas plants with a high nitrogen or ammonium load.

Recommended dosage

• Dosage depends on the substrates and feeding. As a rough rule of thumb, 1 bag per 500 kW (adjust accordingly depending on feeding).
