DUO WRAP is a competitively priced, PIB-free agricultural stretch film that still delivers strong wrapping performance despite its cost efficiency. Thanks to modern co-extruded multi-layer technology, it offers high stability, very good stretchability, and reliable layer bonding – ideal for wrapping round and square bales on all common wrapping machines.

Since DUO WRAP is produced completely without PIB, no sticky residues form on rollers, pre-stretch systems, or machine components. This not only makes cleaning and maintenance easier but can also help extend the service life of the wrapping machine.

Another advantage: thanks to its PIB-free adhesion system, the film runs noticeably quieter. The typical loud “squeaking” noise of conventional PIB-containing silage films is eliminated – making the working process more comfortable.

Robust and recyclable

With its guaranteed thickness and true roll length, DUO WRAP silage film ensures consistent and reliable wrapping quality – even under high compaction or demanding operating conditions. Thanks to its high pre-stretch capability, significantly more silage bales can be wrapped per roll compared to many standard films. This increases efficiency, reduces costs, and improves overall baling performance.

DUO WRAP also stands out for its exceptionally high puncture resistance (dart drop value 588 g). This ensures that round and square bales remain optimally protected against mechanical damage during transport and storage. The harvested crop stays securely wrapped over the long term, improving silage quality and minimizing unwanted losses.

For additional sustainability, DUO WRAP is made from 100% food-grade polyethylene and is fully recyclable. Packaging, cardboard core, and film can all be returned to the recycling loop – ideal for farms focusing on environmentally friendly, resource-efficient silage production.
