FAQs about Germany round bale net

The GERMANY round bale net is suitable for all common round balers with a standard core holder (1.23 m width, 1246 mm core length). It is universally compatible and ready for immediate use.
The net is equipped with a clearly visible end warning stripe that appears 50 metres before the end of the roll. This allows timely replacement without interruptions during baling.
With a tested tear resistance of at least 270 kg, the GERMANY net is extremely durable and reliable – ideal for heavy crop material such as straw or wet silage.
Yes, the net is designed for outdoor use and offers UV stability for 18 months – even under strong sunlight conditions in Central Europe.
“Guaranteed true running length” means that every roll contains exactly 3000 metres of net – without tolerances or deviations. This ensures reliable planning and maximum efficiency during baling.
For moist and heavy crop material such as silage or grass with a bale diameter of approx. 1.2 m, we recommend at least 3 full wraps.
For hay bales with a diameter of approx. 1.5 m, we recommend at least 3.5 wraps.
For larger straw bales with a diameter of 1.8–2.0 m, we recommend at least 4 wraps.
If the crop is stored outdoors and moved more frequently, at least one additional wrap should be added.
