Specifically developed for this application, the enzymes act both in the liquid phase and on solid substrate components. <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-10\">The broad enzyme activity profile ensures the breakdown of plant cell wall structures. This makes the main energy carrier, cellulose, available to fermenter bacteria more quickly.
