A high methane yield starts in the silo. SiloSolve BG reduces dry matter losses and keeps the silage stable even after opening. The acetic acid produced during fermentation keeps the silage cold and serves as an important precursor for methane production.

SiloSolve BG enables stable biogas silage after just 14 days of ensiling. A rapid reduction in pH is important for inhibiting undesirable microorganisms in the substrate. The resulting advantage is reduced dry matter loss (more organic matter is preserved). The flexibility gained in this way leaves you free to decide when you want to start feeding the silage. The use of silage additives containing enzymes provides no benefit.

SiloSolve BG was developed for rapid acetic acid synthesis. The fast formation of acetic acid improves aerobic stability and leads to higher methane yields, as acetic acid is an important precursor in methane synthesis.
