Biogas trace elements are now an essential component for sulfur binding and for ensuring stable<\/span> digester biology. <\/span>They play a key role, in particular, in methane production.<\/span>
\nThe general requirement for biogas trace elements in a plant is usually known. Through simple analysis, the plant\u2019s additional requirements can be estimated. However, one thing makes it considerably more difficult to<\/span> assess trace element mixtures: there is no way to objectively compare prices. Why is that? The ingredients are generally not openly declared. We do things differently. We clearly declare all ingredients and formulations publicly and in a comparable way. <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

Powder, EDTA-bound, TRGS-compliant<\/span><\/b> <\/span><\/h2>\n

progas power compact provides a specifically formulated mixture of essential trace elements for use in biogas plants with a high proportion of maize silage. In particular, nickel, cobalt and selenium are required. Through the highly concentrated complex binding of the individual trace elements to EDTA, a trace element product is created that is safe to use and TRGS-compliant. It can be dosed into the digester of the biogas plant via the solid feed intake in a compostable 500 g bag. A dosing system is not required for this. The bags are packaged and delivered in space-saving cartons <\/p>\n

Which trace elements are the right choice?<\/span><\/b> <\/span><\/h2>\n

An analysis of the digester is ideally the best basis for deciding whether, which and how many trace elements should be used. Experience shows, however, that in 90% of cases, the proven formulation of progas power compact meets the plant\u2019s requirements and supplies the digester with the necessary trace elements.
Also check the plant\u2019s iron requirement to prevent the formation of insoluble compounds between the trace elements and sulfur. The additional use of iron hydroxide such as OXIRED BIO 50 is recommended to ensure that the trace elements remain available for the biogas process.<\/p>\n
